Tyholland suffered a 4 point defeat to Castleblayney last Sunday evening in Clontibret in the Final of the O'Duffy Reserve Football Championship. A poor first half display was followed by an epic 2nd half which saw us claw back from 8 points down to a 1 point deficit. But a late Blayney goal put the game out of reach our opponents held out to win. Credit to the lads who played to the very end and maybe with a bit more luck the result could have swung the other way. The Reserves play Cremartin next weekend in the league.

Tyholland GFC would like to wish Gary McQuaid and the Monaghan County Football Team all the best in this Sundays Ulster Final against Tyrone in Clones. Also congrats to the Monaghan Ladies Team that captured the Ladies Ulster Title last weekend.
